Integrity Pathways (IP) is a private Outpatient Behavioral/Mental Wellness and Consulting Agency based in Muskogee, OK. As a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, we promise to serve all clients, and offer discounted fees for those who are uninsured or underinsured. IP does not deny services based on a person's race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or inability to pay.
Our Mission
Integrity Pathways provides quality mental health, behavioral health, substance services, and other ancillary services in order to promote emotional, psychological, and physical health and well-being for individuals and families.
Our philosophy: We work from a client centered, strengths based, developmental perspective. Life is a journey filled with challenges in varying degrees at various times. We work with the person as a whole within the context of his or her environment.
Services Provided
Quality, confidential Outpatient Behavioral/Mental Wellness, Substance Abuse, and Case Management services in our offices, health care centers, and school-based therapeutic programming.
Dr. Rogers provides consultation and executive coaching services to businesses and organizations to improve culture, creativity, and productivity. Please contact our office for detailed capabilities and tailored service offerings.

Who can benefit from our services?
Integrity Pathways provides services to children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and families experiencing emotional, psychological or spiritual distress. We assess and provide ongoing treatment and programming to adolescents and adults needing substance abuse services. One of our passions is providing services for those with developmental challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. We accept referrals for adolescents and adults involved with court/legal system. We provide support strategies to help enhance skills for advocates, care givers, teachers, and other service providers. Integrity Pathways aids those wanting to develop or enhance skills in order to improve their quality of life.
Accreditation and Contracts
Integrity Pathways is an outpatient behavioral health agency certified by the Commissions on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Integrity Pathways is a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) participating site with the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and as such does not discriminate based on ability to pay.
Integrity Pathways is a contracted provider with Oklahoma Health Care Authority, Medicare, the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General (Certified Batterers' Intervention Program - BIP), Cherokee Nation as well as numerous school districts, healthcare facilities, and various other agencies in Muskogee and the surrounding areas.
